We currently accept Blue Cross/Blue Shield, Optum, UnitedHealthcare, Aetna, Cigna, and certain EAP programs. Costs associated with services will be determined by your specific insurance plan.
Please contact your insurance provider to verify your mental health benefits. The phone # to contact your insurance is typically on the back of your card or log onto your insurance provider’s web portal.
Your insurance provider should answer the following questions:
Does my health insurance plan include mental health benefits?
What is my payment responsibility to see an IN-NETWORK provider for an office or telehealth psychotherapy visit? (If asked, CPT Code is typically 90791 or 90837.)
Do I have a deductible? If so, what is it and have I met it yet?
