For over 20 years, I’ve worked with teens, adults, couples, and families navigating anxiety, relationship strain, grief, long-term stress, and the quiet exhaustion that comes from carrying too much for too long.

Many of the people I work with are capable and responsible. They show up for others. They manage life well on the surface. But internally, they may feel overwhelmed, reactive, disconnected, or stuck in patterns that don’t seem to change. If that feels familiar, you’re not alone — and you’re not broken.

Therapy with me is warm, steady, and honest. I believe meaningful change happens when we slow things down enough to understand what’s really driving reactions, conflict, and emotional overwhelm. Together, we build clarity, emotional steadiness, and healthier ways of relating — not just short-term coping.

After two decades in the field, I’ve learned that people don’t need to be fixed. They need space to think clearly, feel safely, and respond differently. My role is to help you do exactly that.

I founded Honest Path Counseling to create a space for thoughtful, grounded care rooted in clarity and emotional steadiness — therapy that feels real, steady, and genuinely transformative.
